01 Overview

The machine is ideal for milling of both wet as well as dry granules for getting uniform particles. The different sizes of particles can be achieved either by changing the perforated cone or by changing the RPM / Speed by means of variable frequency drive.
This machine can be used for on line continuous un-touch process by connecting with vacuum transfer system.
The machine is very compact in size and takes very small space. It is mounted on wheels for movement from one location to another.
The entire design of the housing is such that no powder/granule remains in the body.
All dismantable parts are of quick clamping type. For removing the parts no tools are required as per cGMP norms.
High quality inside polish upto 0.6 Ra.
Easy interchangeability and dismantling of parts.
Contact Parts are of SS 316/316L & non contact parts are of SS 304.
